I’m a junior at Texas A&M University studying Management Information Systems in Mays Business School, with a minor in Artificial Intelligence. I’m most interested in the way technology can simplify real business problems and help people make better decisions.

Through groups like Aggie Innovators, the Business Analytics and Consulting Association, and AITP, I’ve been able to build both sides of my skill set: collaboration and communication, plus hands-on work with data, systems, and problem solving.

MIS sits at the intersection of business strategy and information technology, and that perspective shapes how I approach classes, projects, and internships.

Inbound Process Improvement

During her Amazon Area Manager internship, Natalie owned a process improvement project for Inbound Support Services (ISS) and Damages. The goal was to reduce bottlenecks, tighten standard work, and make day-to-day execution more consistent across teams handling 5,000+ units weekly.

Natalie built standard work checklists for ISS, Quality PA, and ICQA; trained 30+ associates through targeted sessions; stood up 4 new workstations; and partnered with site leadership and cross-functional teams to implement the changes. The project improved productivity by 8% and helped prevent downstream inventory defects.
